Try the S100, I use it on my bikes and the stuff works great, just make sure the bike is not hot. I have used it multiple times and it is really good stuff. Leave it on about 5 minutes and just spray off with normal water pressure you would use on you car.

When cleaning the plastics I use micro fibre cloths as they do not scratch. Make sure they are absolutely clean though. Wheel cleaner for the wheels apply sparingly and rub grime away. I use detailer for the seat and I use silicone spray for any rubber bits. I dont treat the tires where the rubber meets the road. I also put moth balls under the seat to keep the freakin mice away. Damn mice love riding the Uly.
