Yes cjanderson, the shift shafts are the same for all 2003-2005 XB models. They changed to a larger diameter shaft in 2006 that continued through 2010.

Hi Stamen, I am looking for a Cam cover for an XB12 or 9 2003 to 2007 model, even if it is damaged on the outside

Cam covers are different even through those years. Stamens post is nearly 2 years old, so if he doesn't have one I have a early cam cover i took off a replacement engine that's in good shape.
