All you have to do is cut a hole for it to shine down on your new plate location then completely remove the stock plate light and wiring.

Or...I used those tacky aftermarket windshield washer squirter things with the built in LED's. I mounted them in the 2 holes where the turn signal wires went. Exact fit...coincidence...I think not[smirk]

We have the exact same bike and I want mine Black aswell, you beat me to it I like the airbox cover. Is that the CF with the air induction just painted black?

No, although it's hard to tell from that pic it is the Kick Ash transluscent cover with the "X". I'm not sure I like the "X" but it does give me a nice place to set the helmet w/o the risk of scratching anything.

thanks, I knew you had same bike and also that you had the desire for black but I wasn't in a race, honest. I could have done a lot sooner but I'm notoriously cheap and took my time finding the right deals on all the plastic. It only cost me $230 and I even managed to get an Eric Buell signed flyscreen to replace the one I had in Sunset Orange.

I'm taking ideas for wheel color that I will do over the winter. Any ideas? So far I'm leaning towards Harley orange.

His and Her....are you using the Race ECM or did/are you going to just go with a remap? I'm curious because I am leaning towards the D&D also and wondering what the best route is. How much does a remap cost?

Don't have the D&D on yet, still using the spec ops which doesn't require a remap. I have the ecmspy software, cable, and an extra ecm. I haven't found out cost on a custom map yet.
