Hey guys. First off this thread is just a feeler to gauge interest for a group buy for custom road/track suits from Comet Racing Leathers. They offer some pretty generous discounts through group buys and publicity. I am currently talking with them about the specifics. But to get exact numbers I need to get a rough head count. Who would be interested in an extremely affordable custom fitted suit?

I am not sure. I am waiting to hear back on that. I would assume any model and discounts would be given by percentages in that case? I do not know. I will post everything up as soon as I know.

I'm on the fence about one. I've found a few off the rack suits that fit fairly well. Searching for a used one at a good price so it can be altered. If that falls through I'll be on board

Ok guys, just got off the phone with Comet Racing. Here is the deal.

Alright. We basically have two options. 2 Different types of suits.

The top end more expensive suit version (Pro Level and Advanced) with dual 100% Kevlar stitching

The lower suit less expensive (Intermediate Track Day Events) with dual High Tensile Nylon stitching.

-Group pricing is very competitive.
-Each suit has CE internal armor
-Each suit has external titanium sliders
-Each suit has YKK zippers
-Each suit in the group buy is individually customizable (suit/size/color, and up to 3 logos and your name or whatever word you want on the suit. If you want.)

3-5 people and we get a good discount.
5-10 people and we get a GREAT discount.

Turn around time for the group buy will be roughly 30 days. Give or take a few.

Only stipulation is that we have to get a group picture of as many of us as we can get together and we need to get the order done ASAP.

Suits will be shipped to 1-2 primary locations and dispersed from there to save shipping costs/lower the price.

I will leave this open until friday. Then we will order.
