Convert txt EEPROM to bin EEPROM (convert ECMspy to Tunerpro RT)

Anyone know how to load a txt EEPROM into Tunerpro RT which uses bin?

You can convert it via the EEPROM tab in ECMSpy for Mono.

Can it be done with the older version of ecmspy? I see the hex data on the EEPROM tab but I can't figure out how to copy it or what to do with it.

Or better yet, can this be done without ECMspy?

When you save an EEPROM in ECMSpy, you get .txt and .epr files. TunerPro will open the .epr in place of a .bin file.

Well... I gave that a try, ECMspy did in fact save an epr file. However, when loaded by TP, it's all nonesense. I loaded it just like I would load a bin, am I missing a step?

Risp, have you properly loaded the other files required by TunerPro to "read" the hex data on your EEPROM? Definitions file, .ADX file etc?

Tunerpro should import an EPR as a BIN no problem. Like mcaff said, make sure you have the correct .XDF
