Convert XB12R to XB12X?

I have an 05 XB12R, I have searched and did not find too much on this, Has anyone done this?

Are you talking something more touring savvy? Or going off road with it? One might start by comparing suspensions.

1001yos, I would like to be more up right, My wife and I do take bike rides on our cruisers, I would like to think of the Buell as an option to take. Off road would be a nice addition. I did run over some more info on converting an R to an X, I guess the rear sub frame is not just an easy swap. I begining to think I'll have to sell my R to get an X.
