convert XB9R to streetfighter...how to mount the speedo? who has pix?

The title says it all...have an 03 XB9R and considering losing the fairing and converting to a streetfighter look. When I remove the fairing stay, where/how do I mount the gage cluster? Anyone who has done it, please post pix! Thanks

To keep the original r top triple tree and ignition set up I made a mounting bracket for the dash which lets the dash sit on top of the top triple tree.
The horn and my wiring for the heated grips fit inside the bracket.
I had to drill and tap 4 small holes to secure the bracket to the triple tree.
Isn't an ideal set up but it's DIY and it didn't cost me anything but time.
