Converting xb9s to a xb12s ??

hey guys i have dealt with sporters for some time now, and have entered the buell family and love it. i own a 03 xb9s, and want to convert it to a 12. is it just the internals and computer that needs swapped? please hel pand if there is a parts list let me know

Iv never rode a 9 but I hear they are right on par with the 12. Why do you want to switch?

you can easily put the 12 ECM, header, and throttle body on to produce almost the same HP as a actual 12

i had a 12 and sold it, then bought a 9 ata great deal. there is DEF difference from a 12 to a 9. my 12 had the race ecm and jardine exhaust. my 9 has the jardine exhaust. is that all thats different is the throttle body? i thought id have to swap out pistons too...?

The 12 pistons are shorter, but I dont know what else needs to be done.
