I assume we are not going to the hockey game tuesday? lol. I think that's the only one I'd be able to go to through the end of the year. And now just realized it's a holiday week so prob better not to...

I can see it taking more than a year to do, but then again, I'm cool with being proved wrong on that one.
Might be cool to get group photos along the way.
Also, as has been mentioned, there are a lot of folks who own Buells but the majority aren't on forums or are on other forums. Hopefully this will encourage a better unity among the Buell crowd.

My thoughts are to have any one riding a buell be a flag carrier(assuming they can be trusted) and at every hand off a picture must be taken. That person can then give the picture to someone who can be in charge of putting all the pictures together in order for when we send the flags to EBR at the end. Maybe make it like a timeline and road map out of the pictures and put it on a cd to give with the flags, to show where all the flag had traveled.

Just buy a cheap digital camera that goes with the flag - take a picture at every handshake. Pass it along!

So i talked to wolfo tonight and mentioned him to start the Midwest section of the U.S.Tried to contact lightningSS to get the Florida flag going but haven't heard from him yet.i figured i can start off the west coast and southern states.Tomorrow im going to get pricing of some flags.

Snrusnack.you seem to be on the forum a lot and have given great ideas. Would be cool to have you on board to get the particulars.

Wolfo has some good ideas and I'm not so organized so i hope him starting a new thread and being the go to guy will be good with everyone. He agreed on this.

Hey I didnt get to read all 7 pages but I would be more than happy to play a part in this! I will be living in PA during the week and traveling to NY every weekend so I can do the deleware river cross if It works out like that. Ill be sure to keep my eye on this thread this has got to be the coolest idea ever!!

Well I'm down for the leg between Orlando to meet up, I go down there all the time...are we doing this where we meet halfway thing or the flag holder rides all the way to the next member?

Don't really think it matters ramairz. I was thinking I could hand it off to FlaX at sugarloaf mtn, that's between us. Then he can meet someone(maybe you) further north. If someone down south wants to start it out I'm sure my buddy in Tampa would ride east and meet them then meet me as well south of orlando.

I'm totally in!! im in between major citys like KC and Omaha here in Neb. City, NE could connect the missouri leg to the Northern midwest leg or i'd even love a good excuse to ride to colorado and back

The one downside to this idea is the temptation for some jerk to keep the flag. I would recommend adding a $50 fee to whoever you are handing the flag to. That way they want their $50 back and don't want to keep the flag.
