does anyone have the specs on the cooling fans? not the on/off temps in the service manual, need current input, fan diameter, '03-'10 any changes made to the fans, motors specifically?

What specs did you want or need? I have a brand new fan to install once I get the bike back together. I tried to take my old one apart (squeaky bearing) but the plastic is seam welded and would destroy it to replace fan, motor, or bearing. Not to mention the fan is balanced with a clip which I am sure I would have screwed up in the process of disassembly.

the fan blade assembly pulls off the motor, they are press fitted onto the shaft. the motor can be replaced and I found an alternative for it through an old thread. fan can be had for 55 bucks at the cheapest, pull it from the shroud it comes in and install onto the Buell shroud, pop the fan blades on and you're set. I have my original fan and a spare, but nice to have another on the shelf. going to order a fan this week and post pics when ready to build up the original.
