Cooling Fan

Grrrrrr..[mad]..Been riding this year and my fan doesnt come on while im riding. It still comes on when the bike is turned off after a decent ride. It used to come on alot while I was riding...now it hasnt come on at all ( that i've noticed ) while riding. Is there something potentially wrong? Is there 2 different temp sensors? Just seems weird that something would randomly change all of sudden.

some don't like a running fan, others don't like a non running fan

did you get your ecm mapped?
if so, then it's normal...unless you're on a really long & slow ride.

Would it still work when off then? Thats where im confused. It comes on when I shut the bike off..just not when im riding [confused] Maybe I just need to beat on her some more

mine does the same thing, it came on onceor twice while i was stuck in trffic when it was 85 a week ago
