Corbin or Buell Select

hey guys so i have the chance to pick up a mint buell select seat but im worried it may look to thick but i want comfort........ i have also been looking at corbin does any one have any opinions on whether 200 for a select is worth it since i can order a custom corbin seat for 270 vs the cheaper select?

If you don't buy it, I will. PM me if you decide not to buy it. I have seen them go for 150-550 bucks. I love the look of the select seat over the Corbin.

I paid $265 for my Select seat and I LOVE IT! I had to trim some of the plastic off the inner part of the bracket, that slides onto the subframe, for it to fit correctly (It fit, but there was a big gap up around the air box cover and the back of the seat was sitting on the plastic as it raises up to the passenger seat area). I still ned to trim a litle more off, but it fits a lot better. I added some quick realease pins from ASB so it is quick and easy to take off and put back on.

It is much more comfortable than the stock seat. I've never tried a Corbin/Saddleman or other aftermarket seat if there are any, but If you can get a select seat for $200 I'd go that route for sure.

My .02, but as I said I'm biased because its the only one I've used.

I bought mine from my Harley dealer a couple of years back,it was the last one they had in stock,I got it for about $160.00 and I love it on my 07 Firebolt,also have the quick release pins from ABS.
