CR or R Sevice manual

Wanted to know if they are one in the same. Buying a CR and want one. Have seen the ones for the R on Fleabay for $48+5 shipping, but didnt know if they are what I would need. I know the dealer could proly get them but I hate giving them anymore money than i need too!

I believe they are the same ... my service manuals have both CR and R sections for areas where they're different.
