Cruise control

Can anyone tell me about cruise control systems? I ran across one on Americansportbike.com. I commute about 100 miles a day so initially it sounds like a good idea. Just wondering if anyone would have any feedback about this.

That's the one they offer. Just wondering about ease of use and safety issues associated with it.

Sounded pretty simple to use and to install. I would love to see if they sell electronic cruise control.

A buddy of mine has one on his S1, he loves it. No problems. All you do is just twist it with the pinky finger and it adds just enough tension to the grip to not unwind. But if you do get into a situation grab the grip and twist, not an issue.

If you're holding onto the throttle still just not gripping it tight will it knock it out of cruise control?
