What do you think? This is only a rough idea.

Very nice concept. I am looking for a way to do something to open up the air box cover too. What is that cable you have running into the frame where the air snorkel is?

Okay, you might have thought about it and I'm just not "seeing" it, but what about rain getting into your air filter. Looks like it's a straight shot right through the hoses onto the air filter, then in your engine.

But yeah, I agree, it does look cool. :D

Better check your bar clearance - I went to the cave and there is no way that would work on my bike.

Thanks for your concern Stevenc150 and EVLXB. Both of your ideas have been taken into a count. I don't really ride in the rain much but when I do I have these caps that will fit right into the scoops to block the air and water. As for the the bar clearance, I have a R model so the handle bars are lower where the frame pucks are. I think on your S model the handle bars are higher so i could see how they would hit.

squiers007, just as soon as it is done I will most definitely post pics. It is still under construction, the scoops need to be heat fused to the air box cover and since i don't have one of those tools i had to leave it with a local shop. (Next Generation Powder Coating) Then it will need to be painted by the same company. Not sure as to how i want to do the paint yet but I know i want to do something custom. They are swamped with work so it may be a few weeks. Its going to drive me crazy waiting for it though.
