Hey all, it's been a while since I've been on here. Some may remember me, some may not.

A while back I made custom belt guards , heel guards, and GPS Mounts

Still have my buell and ride it every day I can. I also built a full custom bobber.

Anyways, back on topic. I built a light for the pool table in my man cave and I figured a lot of guys on here would appreciate it so I wanted to share. It's made from 18ga stainless, there's two 3 foot fluorescent fixtures mounted up inside. It still needs colored translucent acrylic mounted on the inside of the cutouts to turn them into a sign.

WOW!!! sick light and sick bobber! How long did the light take you to make?

haha thanks, to each his own.

Bobber took about 8 months.

Light took about 8 hours fab time. 4-5 hours drawing time messing around with different logos to get it the way I wanted

Freakin awesome man both my beers and my bike. How did u cut it out? I would love to make one but not sure if my hands are steady enough to free hand with a plasma.

Thanks guys!

Good to see you too BuddhaBuell, it's been a while. Still got your bam bam heel guards?

The light is cut out with a CNC High Def. Plasma. I used just plain 2B mill finish stainless and put a brush finish on after forming and welding. It's a lot cheaper than starting with a #4 (brush finish).

I wouldn't mind making a few, but they run into the same problem I had with making the heel guards and belt guards with logos on them. Wouldn't really be worth getting busted for copyrighting.

Cool light and I remember your belt guards.

Bobber looks pretty fun. I like the concave tank.

Got the translucent vinyl on the inside tonight. The colors are all deep and solid, the camera makes them look a different shades.
