Stock muffler, gutted, valve welded open, outer lining packed with high temp exhaust packing, weld on new cap and tip, and coated in POR-15 (Will never rust!).
$200 shipped.
Same setup as a Drummer or Special OPS. Very deep, rumble, mellow sound. Will smoke and smell for first couple times from the coating. I also got a little sloppy on the coating and has some runs. See pics. Can't see when mounted but suppose you could sand the runs out if you are making a show bike. I built two of these. One dual outlet, one single outlet. Currently running the dual outlet on my bike. So far after three months coating still looks new on my bike.
