Custom See-Thru Timing Covers! Interest?

Anyone with a Firebolt want to help me figure out an easy power source for my LEDs? Got my red cover (thanks red93stang) and want to light it up. Can run it all the way up to the headlight wires, but that looks a little ghetto. Any closer/more hidden places to tap into?

You should be able to tap into the exhaust valve servo wiring. Mine is a lightning but the conector is in the same place on both bikes. I ran my wires over the starter and to the left side of the bike around the bottom of the air box to where the exhaust servo used to plug in and tap in their. Hope that helps, if not let me know.

Not that I could find. I gave up after 2 hours of fiddling last night and cracked a few Shiner Blacks. I think tonight I'll just wire into the headlamp.

Finaly finished with the install (sorry for the crappy cell phone daytime pics). Ended up wiring it all the way back to the tail light so I can have it on with the key in park mode. Mad props to Red93stang - had the cover 2 days after payment.

I bought one of the valencia orange, and am super pleased with it. especially since, my original timing cover rivets were loose, and had shaken slots into the metal plate.
