D&D, race map, open air. Thoughts?

Okay everyone will have to bear with me here because this is my first post. If this is a completely stupid question then I apologize. I've been perusing these forums for weeks now looking for info/suggestions for what map to run on a '04 xb12r with D&D exhaust. As of right now the only thing that isn't stock is the D&D pipe. So far, I am running stock map but just now got the cord and ecmspy to change.

I'm also thinking about going to open air. Thoughts? What I have read on these forums is that if you do this you run the risk of running far too lean. I'm looking for any suggestions whatsoever. Thanks.

Load a race map from buellmods.com for your bike, then start data logging and tune the bike properly for your setup.

Sounds good. I've been looking for an answer to this for a couple weeks now and think I ran across a how-to on data logging at some point. Thank you for the help.

mine ran fine on the stock map for a couple years with the D&D. A different map and a TPS reset will clean up the decel popping, which is pretty damn loud on the D&D.
