I dont have the ones with spools, but i do have the origonal ones. they fit and look great. Not much else to say about them i guess.

I have the standard signature series as well. They fit great, easy to get on and off, and hold up well in the event of a slide. I know. They do their job well [up]

I have the spool version in aluminum :) I love them! They make it so easy to put the rear up on the T-Rex stand.

I just got my econo black plastic ones yesterday. Cant wait to put them on.:D

I figured why buy the expensive ones if Im probly going to desrtroy them. I wanted to buy the nicer looking ones but I want to learn to lean into turns and It would be in the back of my mind all the time. The only way im going to learn to lean properly is if I lose the fear. Im not afraid to scrape up the cheaper ones.

I have the aluminum ones powder coated black. back when theu use to coat them.

and yes its a piece of all thread holding them together.

So do they just tighten by hand into the all-thread? What keeps them from vibrating loose, lock washers?

I wanted to add the fact that yes I bought them and yes they are way over priced. Way way over priced for a peice of all thread and two roller skate wheels.:D
Untill they have compitition they can gouge.

Funny observation: Just bought new knobs for kitchen cabinets that look the same (smaller of course) :D not a bad thing, I really like the look [up] thinking about maybe making a set out of stainless???

One of the pieces has a hole drilled in it and you use a small hex or a small screwdriver and tighten it down, they also send some blue loctite in the box.

Thanks Trill!! I didn't think of using a set screw. Good idea. I'm thinking of machining a set of my own. Can anyone give me the diameter of the portion that goes into the axle? Are they all the same (right to left, front to back)?

Thanks!

I like the look of these. But with the standard ones, like on Dave's bike, is there enough protection? Dave, since you say you've unfortunately tested them, did the rear one protect the swing arm. It just like pretty thin to me. The one with the spool seems to stick out more which should prevent contact better, but I like the thin one better.

Can anyone get me dimensions of those? Inner, outer, spacing. I've got a lathe at work and MAY be able to turn some out.:D

I have the DHM Eco-sliders and they are worth every penny. I've got down with them and they did exactly what they should do. I'd pay it again in a heartbeat.
