Well, the o2 sensor is in the rear, so tune the rear than add how ever much your research has told you to the front. I will say this, I am new to tuning Buells, and have a little experience tuning other stuff, and did a lot of reading before I started, and I have barely scratched the surface of researching tuning Buells. Read, read, read.... Then do whatever it is you are going to do to the tune, but don't put that map on the bike until you understand why each cell was changed, and that it was changed properly.
