Yeah it was amazing to sit on the 1190rs. It's so light. The main regular DMV buell group was there today. Did you see us at all? I was wearing a buellxb.com shirt so not hard to miss.

Yep I sat my ass on the 1190RS Carbon Edition No. 1!

ARMY, I think the OP rolled through last night (hence the pictures at 10 AM ;) )

@zaxrex: great pic of you on the bike. BETTER pic of the 2 year old on the RC8 in the background.

Bike looks great in the pictures, but man that brake light/turn signal setup is fugly! I'm sure it comes of real easy though!

That bike will not be the same after it's tour of the shows. Watched a few little kids crawl all over it like a jungle jim. Myself included. Come on Power Ball!!!

And I saw my first UGLY Ducati. Might just be the color combo, but they screwed the pooch on this one.

That was the same kid that was playing on the 1190 I cringed the entire time

All that kid needed was a hotwheels car in one of his hands and there would have been scratches all over that bike. You were talking about him and not me I hope.:D
I wonder if the production model of this beast will live up to all the hype? I want it to be on my short list of next bike to buy.

I went Friday after work, took the Metro. Took a few pics...and stole some from some FB pages.:D I totally spaced out and didn't take any pics of Triumphs offerings. They had a SpeedTriple R and the Daytona of course. Very nice. Met Lee Parks and picked up his book as a read ahead for the course this coming Spring/Summer.

Bell was offering 10% on Helmets, so I picked up a new RS-1, Large. The Vortex on the right is an XL and though its been a good lid, just too big. The Shoei Rep there measured my head at dead on 23in, he was a little miffed when I walked over to Bell.;)

I'll be at the NYC show this Friday.
Best part is getting action shots on the bikes.
And I spent way too much at last years show, but I may have to try on a Bell myself.
