DDM Tuning headlight bulbs

Hello, I'm installing a 55w DDM Tuning headlight kit on my 2007 xb12 in 4300k and it gives me a whole bunch of options for the bulb type and I have no idea what bulb type I need, can anyone help?

Not 100% on this but I'm pretty confident
H3 for the XB R
H7 for the XB S/SS/TT
