Decied to get micron. Any install tips would be helpfull. So any guys that have done the istall please post up any tips and tricks to installing the system.
Also if you have any comments/warnings advice with the system that would be helpfull

no real tricks to installing a full system...

drop the engine, fit the system, remap your ecm (yes, remap it...it's not a slip-on), learn in period, ride on!

take your time use a good high temp rtv on the connections. it sounds,looks and runs great you'll love it and you'll have to remap the ecm using ecmspy is the easiest way Xoptiinside.com has all your resources on ecmspy and Mike Rocks

Every bike is different so you really have to map to each individual bike but im sure Xopti has a base map to your setup to get you started or someone else with your setup running ECMspy could hook you up. The remap works by using a wideband O2 sensor and dataloging to look at your air fuel mixture. Then with that info using ECMspy you recalibrate your Air/fuel mixture. The air fuel mixture needs to be within certain parameters threw the rpm range to prevent a lean or rich fuel map. Too lean and you can damage your engine from excess heat or too rich and you could foul a plug or two. It also needs to be optimal to get the best performance out of your bike. You could also find a local dyno and have them tune your bike but that could get pricey.

Ok i really am not sure i understand ecm spy well enough to tune it and i dont want to buy a wideband i know thats not cheap i bought one for my car. my local shop does not tune buells but maybe i can work with them to tune it on there dyno using ecm spy...?
