Difference between 2003 and newer firebolt seats?

Hey guys,

I am looking to get a different seat for my bike (2003 xb9r) and wanted to see if there was a difference in the seat set-up between the model years.

I have seen some seats on ebay that state for 2004-2008 so I didn't know if there was a specific reason for the seller mentioning those model years specifically.

Also, do people really like the Buell Select seats or are the corbin/saddleman's just as comfortable?

Should not be any difference, firebolt seats will fit any firebolt or 1125. Most likely just didnt know much about buells or is just trying to cover himself if it didnt work.
