Difference between XB9S and XB9R?

I just bought an xb9s and i was wondering what the difference between the "S" and the "R". besides the front with the headlights. But whats different mechanically?

Nothing, same bike different front fairing and rear seat. Well the bar setup is different too.

Same frame, motor, susp (depending on S model), wheels, Brakes, blah blah.

Besides whats been mentioned already, there are different wiring harnesses(because of ECM locations), clutch and brake cables.

Quite possibly true, depends on who is the rider and on what day.
