Barrett, thanks for that advice. I think you are the dose of realism I need in order to balance Cooter's unrelenting optimism. Neither of which are bad things!
I'll need to look into it further and see exactly what it's going to take, so I can properly gauge whether the rebuild path is going to be something I'll actually pursue to the end. I like both options!
