zax we did armys on the bike do a couple double wraps then put a hose clamp around it slide it till it hits the o2 sensor and with the seat off there is a spot to get a wrench down and tighten the clamp and then get your wrap on.

Yep both my bikes were done in like that. Still works perfectly to this day. Just takes a little bit of time to get it right.

This is my favorite:

False stock 08 xb12rs have a completely diff crank they top out at 155 and my bikes not stock and it was dyne tuned witch showed my bike doing 159 160 so pretty sure I'm not wrong

With a Firebolt I could see that... the Lightning seat houses all the electrics....

Yeah, its super simple to do it. Actually the lightning as more mroom then the firebolt does.

Army, your Firebolt's header wrap looks fantastic. I'd love for mine to look 80% as good. The headers are one of the most prominant parts of the Buell XB IMO, I don't want to do a poor job...

Edit: wrapping my pipes will be my next redone mod, it saved my pipes in my accident no scratches at all.

Crap - just saw this.

Just got done changing the transmission fluid in the car. Supposed to be changed every 30k, car has 97k, stuff was black.

Let me know if you want to take a shot at using my ECM cable - maybe another set of eyes can figure out why I'm having issues.

Ok I've never used it but I have ecmspy, tunerpro, and another program installed on my laptop I can bring that over and you can try it on another computer. I've never used either program so we will be learning together. I just want my cel light off it bugs me that its on.
