drive belt scratching xb9 06

Hi, I have a xb9sx 2006 33 000km and my problem go like this.. (sorry for my bad english/french guy )

I change both tires 2months ago (early june) and I broke the oem drive belt after 500-600km tires instalation.
I started to see the belt fraying slowly at 300km so i call my mecanic for replacement, just think this was normal
after 33 000km. The same thing hapened with the new belt, after 400-500km it was rubbing somewhere and it was good for garbage.
I call my mecanic again and he said that people who change my rear tire where probably newbees (right.. young week-end workers)
and cause bearings failure maybe more.. He changed rear wheel bearings (they where not griped or something but we can feel
a loose by shaking them) ..he change the aluminium sleeve it the center of the rear wheel ( it was crush because of unproper tightning spec )
After this.. I went home 40km away with my bike and the belt started to frayed again.....

Can you help me... Is there some swingarm ajustement with rear axle wheel or something........

Where is it fraying on the side or top of the belt? if the belt is correctly in line check for any damage on the front pulley as that can cause problems! after the bearings were fitted was the proper procedure followed to tighten the rear wheel? any photo`s? also check the full length of the belt with it fitted for any sharp edges etc!

check the rear sprocket for any damage and idler pulley...any high metal? another area to look at would be the right foot peg mount/heel guard and also the pulley cover. check the clearance between the belt and foot peg mount. some minor damage to the rear sprocket can be repaired/blended in depending on how bad it may be, unless it's bent. damage could have happened when the tires and bearings where replaced. someone who is not familiar with working on Buell motorcycles will damage something without realizing it.
