I personally think mig welds are good especially if catapiller and a lot of other companies use it....does it look good? No but it has a good enough weld if done correctly and is quick and efficient......tig is my favorite by far but it's not practical to have for a lot of people and it's very expensive.

Dean. Your stuff looks good it's something I will consider but I'd be more interested in the single muffler. I forgot the d and d was 2 mufflers as well.

Who knows I might make one too. I have the ability but the time is so limited and that's why I have been exploring other options. Dean what do you use for header flanges they look nice.

yeah I just noticed the weld in the pic. my phone doesn't blow it up good but now that im on a real comp I can see quite well. are you using vibrants 304?

I intend to put a Dean Adams system on mine... Just trying to decide on finish. Black or silver... Hmmmm...
