Drummond in Canada???

Hello out there!
I had my first problem with 08' XB12Ss. The cable to the butterfly valve in the muffler broke and they said that they will fix it under warranty but the muffler must be removed, (hint..hint). This might be a good time to replace the muffler with something a little more exciting. Is there any way to get my hands on a Drummond. The Jardine sounds great but the Drummond has less maintenance and from what I read actually helps with the horsepower as well as sound good. I live in Calgary, Canada and can’t seem to find a Drummond on line anywhere. Any ideas??

I haven't seen any up here so far JD. You can order a Drummer for $395.00 US plus return of your core from www.americansportbike.com out of California. I live in Calgary also. I have a Jardine, but I'm thinking about getting the full Micron from ASB.

I've been riding here already, but its damn cold here again ughhh!

Ooopps i must of had too much to drink when i posted. Drummond is a beer and I want the Drummer muffler.

Your right "jbonz", it is cold but the bike is going in for warranty work so I'm not to excited yet.
BTW why the micron over the Drummer?

Yeah even more snow now! Well JD I have heard a lot of good feedback on here about both sound and performance of the micron + it comes with headers. After some research its arguably the best power and sound for the XB. I have lots of mods planned already this year though....

Hey Diesel, will keep you in mind. I'll likely have the rest of the season on the Jardine unless a pile of money falls on my lap. I have a few other things I'm getting first (handlebars, CRG levers,). BTW I have the Titanium exhaust currently.

Man for a second I thought you were talking about Drumonville in Qc, lol. I ordered a drummer from KDfab it should be here by the time I get back home beginning of May. I think I'll be one of the few to have a Drummer in Canada
