Go cytocis, that's the same thing I here about owning a buell.
True, though I rarely hear the Buell accused of being 'good-looking'! All I know is what I've consistently seen from riding buddy's Italian bikes over 25 years: they randomly quit working & require costly time-consuming visits to the shop. If you're fine with that, you'll be a satisfied owner.

Any mv agusta experience?
I test rode a Dragster. You never really get a great sense of a bike's potential on a demo ride, but it felt well-built, composed, neutral, torquey yet revy. That triple motor is pretty awesome with definitely more punch than a Street Triple. The 200 rear tire felt unnecessary, like it was slowing the handling a bit, but I'd have to try it back-to-back with the regular Brutale to really know.

I sign up for demo rides on Italian bikes whenever I can because that way, I get the experience without the hassle of ownership.

Well if anyone is interested, pensacola fl d&d cycle is doing an adventure bike demo day this coming Saturday. It's a MV Agusta, ducati, triumph, and ktm dealer. They were a nice group of people when I was in there last and had a lot of bikes. I'm gonna try really hard to be there. It's about 2.5 hours away from here.
