Buellxb,

What are the chances of getting a text based e-mail system where you could e-mail a user personally to ask a question about their bike instead of cluttering the forums with questions about other bikes? Unless of course the question pertains to something that others may want an answer for. The e-mail system should have no video or picture support and no different domain name. Basically like a message inbox instead of a full blown e-mail client.

theres that as well as invisionboard, and phpbb3. All three are excellent forums. As i run my own website and use invisionboard. but Will eventually go to phpbb3. For sake of security and ease of use.

Yeah, I hear you LOUD and CLEAR. I had one of my developers work on a PM system and he got about 80% done before we were slammed with client work. I keep making promises to get it up and finished, but I doubt too many will believe me now until they see the finished product.

I chose SEO-board for this forum and we have added a lot of custom functionality. vBulletin and phpBB get spammed a lot and moderation is a full time job. I wouldn't even know how to transfer the content now anyway.

I'll match any donations to try to convince one of my developers to finish off the project. This would speed things up if I could make one of them an offer that they couldn't refuse. I don't expect anyone to donate, but I thought I would throw that out there.
