Be surpsrised if i ever saw one brand new in the box ever again. last time i bid kn one on ebay i got beat on my $750 bid and it was in used good shape.

It's crazy, its like people get a price in their minds that they'd pay for it, and regardless of how much time is left, the faster they get to that point I guess they assume others won't go that high.

Point being, they' rare in excellent to new condition. And asking $1,100 for a used cap is ridiculous so that might as well not be for sale. No one's paying that for it.

why is the buell race pipe so popular and in such high demand.

it was made by hd's screamin eagle parts division (so ive been told). never received 100% confirmation though.

top notch quality, chambered so no repacking is necessary. on the exhuast shootout, it performs really well, the only to outperform on rear wheel hp was the micron with hydroformed headers.

yes the majority of the power is on the top end, so ive been told

everyone pretty much wanted this muffler, and now they're becoming more difficult to find in good shape, since usually they're dinged up pretty bad or run off a curb and the front will be caved in.
