A friend of mine has EBR bike VIN# EBR0001 for sale. 700 miles.

It has minor cosmetic damage from a low speed lowside.

$14k obo

That is either a DSB bike or just a plain 1125. Not a single EBR 1190 shipped with an HMF exhaust.
That one also has 1125 stock wheels, stock 1125 headers, etc. Not even the rear subframe is changed.

Pics of the VIN? That just looks like a DSB spec bike.

soooooooo Dave, what's the story here? $44k new, minor cosmetic damage from low speed crash, 700 miles......only $14k?

Sounds too good to be true? Basically $30k off. Got to be more to this, no?

Might wanna hold on to it for that price. I know the Vincent is a 0001 # but that more than 2x over a comparable 1125. Plus, when wreck it its gonna hurt more than a standard bike, or she will contiune to be a garage queen. I don't know bout y'all, I don't buy bikes to be in my garage for any length of time, even the winter. GLWS though.

Sorry, I missed it as well. Either way, 14k for a DSB spec bike is awful high unless it's brand new and never crashed. Just saw the VIN EBR0001 and thought 1190.

I thought the same thing but realized it doesn't quite look the same as the 1190RS then realized and reread the title.

Looks like a sweet bike with low miles. You probably need to post pics of the damage...

It does suck that it went down, but it's very minor and is only scratches on EBRs already terrible paint job. But it's legit, take my word for it.

iphone pic looks like crap

Wow, I got a negative rep for posting this for a friend? Awesome! There are some real jerks on here

Don't worry, I fixed it. I remember you from a long time ago, before my first disappearing act, you've always been a legitimately helpful individual.

That's awesome! Tho I'm not sure anyone here will pay $14,000 for an 1125R even if it's an ebr bike. Regardless it's a nice looking bike! And whoever buys it will be more than happy I'm sure.

I think it's worth it to someone, but you're right, this my not be the ideal place to sell it. It's not even able to be registered for road use without major modifications.

^ While EBR was under the no compete with HD. Before the 1190rs was announced/released EBR was selling track only 1125's.

How did he get the bike dave?

He let his friend ride his CR at the track and his friend went down and broke the rear shock support. He called EBR and Erik said that it couldn't be fixed, but they'd sell him a new track bike. So he bought the bike and when it showed up, it ended up being their first bike, vin EBR0001. He has a ton of bikes and is "thining the heard" Another bike he's selling is a spotless showroom condition S1 White Lightning.
