EBR 1190rs or rx tail..

I am looking for an ebr 1190 tail section to install on my 1125cr.. mounting points look identical and i read somewhere that the frames where the same the 1125 anyway.... can anyone help thanks

Mount points are similar, not identical. I asked about it while we were at EBR back in June, they said it's not a direct fit and would require a fair amount of fabrication to do it.

I'm in love with the XB tube frame. Looks like a carb conversion and the airbox was turned into a gas tank.

Actually the gas tank is where the muffler would be. The electronics are probably where the airbox was.

Hi, sorry for the late update. Anyone knows roughly the total price of the parts to buy in order to install a 1190 tail section on a 1125 or a XB?

Actually I would like to install a full fairing race kit on my XB12scg and I would like to change the tail as well and switch to a 1190 one. But i'm not sure how heavy it is from a modification point of view: I assume that if I change the tail I would have to change the tankcover as well, OEM batterie won't fit anymore under the seat, etc...

Has somebody pictures or feedback of this modification?

Saw pics of one over in Italy that had the 1190 rx tail swapped on to an 1125, so it will fit. There's a bunch of parts you'd have to get, but they appear to be available through any EBR dealer. No, I don't have the list of parts.

Alls I need is the subframe itself. I can source and make the rest of the stuff from recycled parts. Not looking to spend big bucks though. If not this than most any other modern subframe and a spot of welding will do the trick.
