Sorry if this posted twice, I didn't see my first post "publish", trying again:

Can anyone tell me if this is thread-lock, the band of Grey material on the EBR Front Bolt Hardware Bolts? All the posts I've read in this forum say to use Blue Loctite but not sure if that's the procedure if/when using new EBR hardware?

Thank you for all your help, you guys have been EXTREMELY helpful!!!

Yes, that is thread locker already on the new bolts. They are good to be used as is. The blue (temporary) Loctite recommendation is if you clean and re-use the old bolts.

FYI, if you do re-use the existing bolts, stay away from the cheap stuff. Loctite brand is the only way to go and there are WAY more options than 'blue' or 'red':eagerness:

I had to get mine through Amazon. EBR was out of stock and unable to calculate shipping, a complete train wreck over there. I paid an extra $15 through Amazon but at least I got my parts and I'm happy to say that my brakes are amazing now!

Just a quick follow-up on the EBR Front Rotor Hardware kit. I've installed it along with a nice used rotor and NO LEVER PULSATION!!!! YAY!!!! So nice to feel the font brake doing its job properly! Now we just need some nice weather! Thank you EVERYONE for all your advice along the way~

I wonder if it was sticky hardware or a bent rotor?
