If Mr. Buell gave you his company check book what would you do for the company?

I.e. What type bike would you build? What performance mods would be available? How would you build the company?

since you've joined only a few short months ago you've accumulated a pretty decent set of rep points for a n00bie, in fact they seem to go up daily if not weekely by several rep points...

do tell whats your secrete to success, I've read your posts and am amazed that I can not figure out how you earned your supposed 'rep'

There are a few other members who have the same success with amassing [up]'s, weekly thier reps jump, each and every week and since I am on here every day I am still trying to figure it out.

I have posted my pet peeve pertaining to the whole rep system in the thread aboot rep points, it is obviously flawed and holds zero worth as has been expressed in the above mentioned thread..

but whatever you and others are doing, keep up the good work!

Rep points are simple, just add or delete them for yourself when you want.... But the fact is without some way to see who adds or takes rep points they are pointless since you can't even see why you are getting repped or raped.

I would figure out how to manufacture affordable bikes for average people.

Build ultra reliable bikes.

Add a sport touring and street fighter to the line up

Who knows and who cares. You can't even see who gives them to you anyways. I watch mine go up and down after every post. Seems I get under people's skin easily[confused] I'll give you 20 [up] rep points for that buddha Give me some time though because you can only post one every two minutes. And I'll have to find somewhere to give 20 other rep points.

no sh!t. I've been on here since Feb of 2009 and you have more than me. Oh well, I guess my info isnt that great... Maybe I should stop telling people that they can do 160 MPH on an XB

As for me, I would probably choke and die if I was given the EBR checkbook to freely spend. If I didnt do that, I would then look into ways of making less expensive models for the average person. EBR seems to be more race oriented than mass production oriented. Most of their revenue seemingly gets pumped into their race team and trinkets than providing Buell owners what they all want (more bikes!)

I think that if they did fix the rep points, so you can see who's giving them and who's taking them you would narrow down who are the childish members on this board.
You would also see who really contributes to helping someone when they have problem or questions

Ina ll seriousness, I would probably destroy the company in a few days with his checkbook....buuuuut, if I had unlimited funds, I would go a completely different route. I would love to see a rotary put into them. FOr experimental purposes. I know torque would be gone, but your rev range would be limitless! I know they had one in a Suzuki many moons ago, but it was shaft driven and mounted 90 degrees opposite of the way I'd have done. They are light, spin up quick and I think would be an interesting twist on the conventional ICE's. Just a thought, but I am sure it is sacrelige (sp?) on a V-twin forum

Give me the checkbook and I'd throw everything I could into winning races and introducing a single limited run flagship bike --- Basically what he's doing now. Without wins, no one but US will buy EBR bikes because the jap bikes are so established. Establish EBR as a major contender, then he can begin expanding like we're all rooting for him to.
