EBR order never showed up

On May 30th I ordered an ECM from EBR, I sent money through paypal and paid for 3 day shipping.
I have not recieved anything from them yet, anybody else have this problem?
I sent them a copy of the paypal record with invoice number.
Got no reply from them.
Does anyone know of a phone number to call EBR, I looked for it on the website with no luck.

3 Day shipping means once it is shipped it will get to you in 3 days. I haven't ordered from them but if they are busy it may take a little while to get the ecm shipped to begin with albeit 2 weeks is pretty long

I emailed them once about ECM's, told me it could take up too 10 days, but two weeks does seem a little overkill. With race season they might be busy. Ive never had a problem with them personally.

10 days could have meant 10 business days, which is two weeks. Try to remain patient, and not to get over concerned - I am sure all end well in time. Remain diligent in your attempts to contact them by all channels. Request a package tracking number upon dispatch. If it ended up turning bad, which I am sure it will not, PayPal has your back, through their Buyer Protection system. You have 45 days from the date of your purchase to go that route, so "IF" you were not to get any satisfaction after about 40 days, simply file a buyer's dispute with PayPal. This will start the process of dispute resolution, and you are covered.

I have purchased from EBR on two separate occasions using paypal. both times ended well, Now i have talked to them also and during race season there is almost no one in the shop.

I have spent over 1k in several orders and not one item missed by EBR!
Maybe you should check your order status once you sign on to ebr! Has it been sent?

Red93stang I ordered an ECM for stock exhaust.

I called and spoke with Adam there. He found a problem with the order and cancelled my transaction and refunded money to my Paypal account.
Told me to order again and he will send it next day delivery.
I did, hope it works out.

I got my ECM Friday as promised.[up]
Once we got the issue figured out they sent it next day delivery!
I installed it along with a K&N filter and took it for a ride.
Bike seems smoother and gets up over 110 quicker.
So far mods are ECM, Saddlemen seat (big difference!),
Will install my hi rise bars and cruise control bar ends and Ulysse footpegs from American Sportbike next.
Bars are nice looking, and shipping was fast.
Maybe Steering Damper after that.

Glad it all worked out. Seemed like it had to be an unusual, out-of-the-ordinary issue. Steering damper is on my list for future mods
