Help Support Buellxb Forum:
the 1125 is still under license by Harley Davidson. Erik doesn't have sole rights to it. I don't see Erik trying to purchase any of the tooling. His primary focus is on the new Erik Buell Racing company and that is where the money will be invested. The EBR store has some parts for the 1125's, but mostly upgrades for the engine and chassis. As far as stock parts, I could see someone like TwinMotorcycles in New Zealand or ASB trying to purchase the tooling/rights. I can't imagine HD being reluctant to sell once the support requirement timeframe is up. Just my opinion.

I tried the other day to get some support for my 1125cr and they were no help. They told me Buell Motorcycle Company is owned by H-D and it was out of there hands. They couldn't even tell me if 1190 engine parts were compatible with 1125. Thanks to ASB i got all the parts I needed.

ASB has partnered with twinmotorcycles as far as parts are concerned. ASB business isn't set up for tooling, etc...twinmotorcycles is just outside of Amsterdam, Netherlands possibly better equipped, but couldn't say... only speculating as to what they are capable of doing. ask easyridernl...he works at twinmotorcycles.
Al at ASB has two 1125's, at least I think he did if he hasn't sold the one he listed. Maybe ask him where the support will be.
None of us really know, unless someone on the forum is connected that can give a hint or two as to what the future holds in parts support for the XB and 1125 line.
