ECM differences R model

Whats the difference between the 2008 1125R ecm and the 2009 1125R ecm?

I've also been searching for pros and cons for the EBR ecm and the Power Commander tuner.

...it lists the power commander, on there website, for use with 09' model years, but not the 08'.

ecm are different firmware, unless upgraded to the latest version.
pc will mess up with your ecm.
