I was about to sell an extra
ECM and decided to hook it up in place of the one with an ECM Spy map. The modified ecm has been giving me fits as my bike runs like total crap. The ecm that is on the bike (race map) has two bar coded stickers on it. The top sticker has a number of
N0306.02AB 02331 The number is highlighted in yellow
The sticker underneath it reads
BX9US20CB060 The number is highlighted in yellow.
This ECM does not have a terminal between the plugs. Does anyone know what type of Buell this goes to??? I'm wondering if this could be the source of the horrible ride after burning a race map to it.
The spare ECM that I was about to sell has a terminal between the plugs. According to a Buell dealership, it is good for ANY XB from '05-'07 XB12 and XB9 S, SCG, and R. Part number Y0152.3AB 04314 It only has this one bar coded sticker on it and there is no yellow highlighting. If this is in fact the correct ECM for my build ('05 XB9 engine), what wire hooks up to the terminal between the plugs???
