ECM question

Will a 07 xb12ss race ECM work on my 04 xb12s. My race ECM and stock ECM both stopped working code 53. No matter what I do I can't get them to work. Tried several EEPROMs and maps. So I'm gonna buy this 07 ECM. Just wanna double check before I buy it.

yes an 07 will work with an 04
