ECM spy software

I got on my bike today and it wasn't runnin good at all. It was surging while at cruising speeds. I think it is time for a tps reset. It hasn't been done in over a year. I ordered a cable online but I cannot seem to find the software anywhere. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.
