I have a 06 and 09 Uly. The 09 has the race ECM on it. Can I put the stock 09 ECM on my 06 to make it run better.

No. They went from ddfi2 to ddfi3 in 08. The plugs are physically different. You couldn't even if you tried.

Thanks, Whats best for 06 get race ECM, it runs terrible if weather is cold or moisture in the air. Or can I reprogram it. It is all stock, I tried breather reroute and new K&N air filter run good if warm and dry but no change in fair weather?

What exhaust do you have?

Do you have a USB cable or Bluetooth dongle to connect to the bike? If not I can supply that.

Get ahold of idspd.com , they make buell ECM'S $300 for one tune to your specific mods have one on my 06 uly runs much better than generic race flash.

It is all stock except the K&N, My 09 runs really good, it is stock with EBR race ECM and K&N stock muffler. Can my 06 run like it or is the 09 that much better. Both bike are in really good shape.

Cooter is correct.

How about a little more information? Does you 06 run rough, or is it just not as powerful as your 09?

Sorry, it runs rough and it seem to be when there is moisture in the air or just cold out. It does not have the top end pull that the 09 has with the race ECM I understand that. It run good when the weather is warn and hot dryer, Im going for a ride right now,its about 85 out right now. Repost when i get back. Thank again for your help.

Just put 80 miles in, bike ran good so it has to do with fuel and air, I would guess its running rich in the colder weather. No engine light is coming on to indicate something is wrong, any ideas. Thanks

if i get your bluetooth and hook it up can i check 02 sensor. i have no code but it run trouble in the cold mornings.

Yes, you can view the live data of just about every parameter of the ECM. You can view the O2 sensor, and should see the voltage changing, if not then it is bad.
