ECMs exhaust valve actuator

I am getting a race ecm from EBR , loading it for my 06 uly , with K&N and a Hawk muffler , Here is my question, Will it have my exhaust valve actuator voided? I should have asked then when I was ordering it I could call and ask but I figured you guys will know the answer.

Is EBR loading an EEPROM to match the Hawk exhaust? If yes, then it will certainly have the actuator disabled. However, standard Race EEPROMS have the actuator working as the Race pipe has it.

That is incorrect, the race mufflers do not have the actuator.

It should be turned off regardless, unless it is a stock ECM.
