ECMSPY error code PKCS1

Hi,

I have been hitting up the net for hours now and cant find help on this....

My 08 xb12ss is running poor at higher revs, and I wanted to check error codes. When I connect to ECMSPY I get the Error PKCS1 decoding error. It states that it cannot fetch EEPROM.

I have downloaded the database and it is saved in the correct loaction also.

Can anyone help with this issue at all???? Its doing my head in

Thanks for the replies. I have received an answer from Ecmspy, and the error is due to me having to reinstall windows on my computer (not my fault).

I have also been told that I will need to donate AGAIN to get a code for the software I have already 'paid' for. To me, that is ridiculous.... How can you justify charging again for something I have paid for already?

Looks like the option of Tunerpro RT is the best. No more ECMSPY. I only wish I had known this 'policy' prior to wasting my cash.

Should of looked on ebay and bought disc and cable together $40 and you would of never had to pay again and if computer crashes you can always reload it.
