ECMspy?

I see people selling ECMspy/TPS reset cables on ebay and I was wondering could I just go to a computer hardware store like FRY's and get the same thing. If so does anyone know the pin amount for the bike end of the wire? I know the computer side is USB. Thanks guys.

The computer side is actually usb to TTL so a regular usb end won't work. I have links at home I will post in the morning with all the info you need to make your own cable.
