I am in Orlando, FL and have an 09 CR that I’ve had for about 3 years now. My question: Is there anyone in central Florida builds these engines? I had a seizure and the motor is locked up. Anybody around here?

There are no oversize parts for this motor. Its either brand new parts or someone may be able to do a resleeve. But there are no oversize pistons/rings/bearings or anything like that. I'm pretty sure most of the new parts have been discontinued through Harley, but some MAY be available through VPI (order at your Harley dealer).

I would be cheaper and faster to purchase one of the complete 1125 engines that is for sale right now.

Otherwise, any engine builder thats worth a crap can re-build the one you have, depending on why its "locked up" of course.

Maybe this will work? Hopefully its compatible with V-Twins.

You could check with Dave Weaver at Full Spectrum Racing in Orlando. Before you do anything you should determine what caused the problem (e.g., oil starvation, lean condition) so it doesn't happen again. You can look at your fuel pressure using Ecmdroid since the bike has a fuel pressure sensor.

How often do you change tires? Too low tire pressure for motorcycles makes it difficult to properly rotate and control, and in extreme cases leads to a puncture of the rubber. It can even lead to a fatal accident, especially at high speed. When choosing a new model, you should pay attention to every detail, spend some time reading reviews, consult with a specialist and other drivers. Motorcycle tire markings really matter. Understanding what a tread, frame and side walls are, what is the difference between diagonal and radial models, is not useless knowledge. This is a must for a motorcyclist. You can purchase them using https://www.sticky-stuff.co.uk/.
