Engine cutting out?

After I put on my new exhaust and installed the new matching EBR ECM, I have noticed that if I feather the throttle at an idle the engine will stall out. This can happen a couple of times in a row, and I have to give a bit more gas to get moving. Has anyone seen this or are there any suggestions?
 
Welcome to the Forum, Now, Which Model bike do you have and year? If you have an 2008 /2009/2010- Buell bike you can Reset the TPS/Throttle position Sensor with the Key turn Method here on the forum.
If you have a 2007 or older bike, then ECMSPY (older version)will do it with little trouble as long as you Read Up on it First. NEVER use the Older Version of ECMSPY on the 08+ Buells!
There is a Newer Version of ECMSPY for the Newer Buells. If you need the ECMSPY older version and drivers you can purchase the Cable fron Xoptiinside .com and also get the drivers Usually for Free there as well. The Cable itself (works on Either ECMSPY Version) AND will allow you to Diagnous the bike when TPS needs Resetting and Diagnous the problems that [ALL] machines have happen from time to time.
LOOK up [Daves DIY videos all in one thread] Titled just like that, now watch the videos so you can decide what to do next. Might need to go through a couple of pages till you find that here on the Forum. Very Helpfull since I Don't know your Skills Level this is an Easy way for you to start Learning your Buell Machine.

Oh yeah JJ, 09 1125CR. I've been working on it for awhile and it has a ton of goodies on it, but the exhaust, EBR rotor mod, ECM, and exhaust were that last ones.
 
Yes, nothing like an Easy Fix to make the Day.! I have a Wrecked CR I picked up for dirt cheeeep! Just got the Front Forks on and New Fairing Front and I have Had Kevin at KD Fabrication .com in North Carolina fix me up a Twin Pipe Exhaust SATO BONZI for the Bike.EBR Ecm new [Stator]Rotor redo the EBR one I don't think they will be doing any more in the Future but hope this upgrade will last at least 25'000/miles!
I guess the guy I got it from got scared or something WELL maybe it was the Broken Leg and other injuries and that #8/wife of his may have had something to do with it. Ride Her Safe and Enjoy it.The EBR Ecm is pretty good for Every Day Riding, and some Track days. Not sure what Color to Paint it yet , but I'll figure it out. Reset your TPS every 2/fillups and she will run just fine.
If you can Reset it with your Key & Throttle SAY at the Fuell Station already Warmed up it is easy and fast, that way when you Take off and get to a Safe Spot you can Throttle it SAFELY, and you know it took properly & watch out for the Law Dogs .
JUST in case you are Wondering What that Exhaust is it's the Old Exhaust off my 2002/Street RC51. Sounds really great on the Rc51 lets see how Sato Exhaust will do on the Buell, I still money wise have a Ways to go but well I got nothing but time.!Ride Safe. *Jimi
 
Twin SATO exhaust from an RC-51 installed on a CR? Huh.

Post a picture, please. Or, better yet, a video with sound.
 
Thanks JJ, when you SA reset it warm, do you still wait the 10 minutes , or dies it cut down on the wait. Every two fill ups is good to know. I thought it was set it and forget it.
